Olga-Anastasiya Marozava is a civic sector professional and financial manager with long-standing experience in NGO governance, donor compliance, project finance, and institutional development. Her work focuses on building transparent and resilient financial systems for civil society organisations operating across Estonia, the Baltic region, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, and wider post-Soviet and diaspora contexts.
She has supported European and American donor-funded projects, combining financial administration, legal and regulatory awareness, reporting discipline, and practical knowledge of Estonia’s non-profit, tax, banking, and accounting environment. Her experience includes financial planning, grant administration, documentation workflows, audit preparation, and cross-border coordination between Estonian, Lithuanian, Polish, and other partner structures.
Olga-Anastasiya has contributed to the development of internal financial control systems, including database- and AI-supported tools for project accounting, budget tracking, reporting, and organisational oversight. She has helped organisations navigate audits, donor requirements, and complex financial documentation while maintaining operational continuity under challenging conditions.
Her broader civic work includes support for NGOs, independent media, displaced persons, refugees, diaspora communities, and organisations working on human rights, education, democratic resilience, and social adaptation.
She holds a degree in economics and has completed additional training in media management at SSE Riga and in civil society and non-profit management at the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv.
